HPSSC Important Notice Apropos Advertisement No.35-3/2019 dated 28-12-2019, it is notified for information of all following provisionally admitted candidates on claim basis for the post of Civil Defence Instructor/Chief Instructor/Platoon Commander/Administrative Officer and Assistant Store Officer (On Contract Basis) (Post Code-768) in Home Guards & Civil Defence Department are advised to submit requisite documents in support of their eligibility for the concerned post(s) as per essential qualification(s) mentioned in the aforesaid advertisement. The following documents must be enclosed with the prescribed application form and reach Commission’s office through e-mail (sssb-hp@nic.in.) on or before 09-09-2020, failing which your candidature will stand cancelled and no excuse for non submission of documents will be entertained after 09-09-2020. Accordingly all provisionally admitted candidates on claim basis for the above referred post have also been informed through SMS on their respective cellular Nos. respectively provided by them while filling up online application

OFFICER AND ASSISTANT STORE OFFICER (ON CONTRACT BASIS) POST CODE-768 advertised vide advertisement No-35-3/2019 dated 28-12-2019 is required to submit his bonafide Himachali certificate or certificate of passing Matric and Plus Two from any School/ Institutions situated within Himachal Pradesh & also submit the requisite documents in support of his eligibility for the concerned post(s) as per essential qualification(s) mentioned in the aforesaid advertisement.
